It's common to receive the same questions from guests - such as check in/out times or parking options - over and over. Custom message templates give you the ability to quickly send answers to common guest questions with the click of the mouse. After you have created a template you can use it in any guest conversation.
Using message templates
1. Instead of typing a message to a guest, click the Use template button in the active conversation.
2. This will bring up a list of your saved templates.
3. Selecting the template you want will insert the content into the message field.
4. You can now click Send to message the guest as you normally would.
