It's common to receive the same questions from guests, such as check in/out times or parking options, over and over. Custom message templates give you the ability to send answers to common guest questions with the click of the mouse. After you have created a template you can use it in any guest conversation.
Creating a template
To create a new message, go to the Settings menu and click on Templates. Here you can create a new message and give it a name. You can also see and edit all of your saved message templates.
1 - The template that is currently selected is shown on the right side of the screen
2 - All of your saved templates
3 - Add a new template
4 - The name of the template that is currently selected
5 - The message of the template that is currently selected
6 - Save the changes to a new or existing template
7 - Delete the template that is currently selected
