If you would like to contact the booking site, most contact information can be found at the bottom of your booking confirmation. Alternatively, booking sites will have a contact page, where you will find all contact details including direct phone numbers to the booking site’s support center.
Why can’t tell Charlie provide me with the booking invoice? As tell Charlie is a guest communication platform, we are not involved in the booking process. As a result, we keep no records of transactions made through the booking sites. This includes any payment information.

Search your email for keywords relating to your planned trip; the booking confirmation may have gone to your spam folder.

If the booking site has taken payment already, their name may appear next to the outgoing payment on your credit card, PayPal or bank statement.

Try checking your internet browser history for the day you booked, the name of the booking site should appear in your browser history.
